Refund & Return Policy

At Cobb Custom Engraving, we take immense pride in Crafting Identity in Every Detail. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we have established the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds:

1. Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving, all sales of personalized or custom-commissioned items are final. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on items that have been customized with specific names, logos, or designs provided by the customer.

2. Error & Quality Assurance

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If there is a mistake in the engraving that differs from the proof approved by the customer, or if the item is physically defective, we will:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost to you, or

  • Issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Note: Claims for errors must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@cobbcustomengraving.com. To process a replacement claim, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged item.

  • Photos of the shipping packaging.

4. B2B & Bulk Orders

For our business clients, terms for large-scale production runs are governed by the specific Service Agreement signed at the time of the order. Generally, once a physical or digital proof is approved, the order is non-refundable.

5. Non-Customized Items

If you purchase a non-customized product (blank stock), you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for non-customized items are the responsibility of the customer.
