Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Cobb Custom Engraving. We are committed to Crafting Identity in Every Detail, which includes ensuring your custom pieces arrive safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Production Lead Times

Every item we sell is made-to-order.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow [e.g., 3–5] business days for production before your item is shipped.

  • Bulk & B2B Orders: Lead times for large orders will be established during the quoting process and typically range from [e.g., 2–3] weeks depending on volume.

  • Note: Production times may increase during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., 3–7 business days]

  • Expedited Shipping: [e.g., 1–3 business days]

Please note that "Expedited Shipping" speeds up the transit time with the carrier, but does not move your order to the front of the production line unless "Rush Production" is specifically purchased.

3. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are local to the Bracknell area, we offer free local pickup.

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with instructions for the pickup location and hours.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we ship to UK and NOI only.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

Cobb Custom Engraving is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address for B2B orders.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
